Dental Complaints

Most patients are satisfied with the care and treatment they receive from their dentist. However, as with any service or product, from time to time, things do go wrong and a problem can arise leading to dissatisfaction and complaint.

Any patient wishing to make a complaint should, in the first instance, raise the issue with the nominated person in the dental practice. If you are not satisfied with the response you receive, then you may wish to contact the Dental Complaints Resolution Service.

To find out what the DCRS does and does not cover, view the memorandum of service for patients here.
