The 2015 annual report of the Dental Complaints Resolution Service has now been published.
The report shows another successful year for the service which was established in 2012 to help resolve differences between dentists and patients.
Included in the annual report are reports from the Facilitator, Mr Michael Kilcoyne, analysis of the work of the Service, case study examples and useful advice for dentists and the general public on how to avoid and resolve disputes. Statements from leaders of the Irish Dental Association and Dental Protection, the main dental indemnity body, are also included.
In addition to publishing the report on its website, the Irish Dental Association will send a copy of the report to all its members and key dental stakeholders.
