5 minutes to save a life: early diagnosis of mouth cancer and the mouth cancer campaign in Italy

The Metropolitan Branch of the IDA will hold a preparation lecture for Mouth Cancer Awareness Day on Thursday 12th September 2013 in the the large lecture theatre of Dublin Dental Hospital at 7.30pm.

Mouth Cancer Awareness Day is happening this year on Wednesday 18th September. All dental practitioners are asked to get involved by offering FREE mouth cancer examinations on that day to members of the public.

Speaker: Professor Michele Mignogna, University of Naples

Dr Conor McAlister will also be in attendance and will offer practical advice to participating dentists and in particular how to refer patients.
