NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual General Meetings of the Irish Dental Union and the Irish Dental Association Limited will be held on

Time:              6:00  pm

Venue:            Estuary Suite, Rochestown Park Hotel, Cork.

to transact, inter alia, the following ordinary business of the union and the company:

to receive and consider the Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 December, 2014;
to propose the appointment of Grant Thornton, Chartered Accountants as auditors to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting at which accounts are laid;
to authorise the directors to fix the remuneration of the auditors;

Other Motions for Consideration

All other motions for consideration at the AGMs must be forwarded, in writing or by email together with the names of the proposer and the seconder, on or before Thursday March 11th  2015. (The proposer and seconder of each motion must be a current paid-up member of the Association.)
