If you are a member of the Association and have never logged in before, then you must first activate your account using the 'Activation Key' posted out to you from IDA headquarters.
If you have already done this, and have chosen a username and password, yet cannot login successfully, then simply re-activate your account using the activation key posted out to you.
If you continue to experience difficulty logging in after this, then please contact us at IDA House and we will attempt to resolve the issue for you.
