In the intervals between meetings of the Council, the function of Council may be exercised by the Board of Directors which shall consist of the Honorary Officers together with one representative of the Public Dental Surgeons Group and one of the General Practitioners Group.
The Board may be called together at any time at the request of the President or Honorary Secretary.
The Board of Directors shall meet as often as may be necessary and shall be deemed to be a committee of Council and shall report its proceedings to the next Council meeting.
Four members shall be a quorum at a meeting of the Board
